I have my wife and son in Sevastopol. My wife has stated that there is a very contagious flu epidemic in Sevastopol, to the point the schools are closed and many people are wearing protective masks like surgens wear, to prevent from catching or spreading this bug. Does any one have any information on this problem? I need to know if I need to fly back to Ukraine to take care of my family. I am an American citizen and we are working on a spousal Visa through my INS. My wife has been ill for over a week. Thank you all in advance.
