But then it is a problem to get to Yalta from Odessa as there is no boat service between the two cities and no planes, just a train which is the worst in the FSU: very dirty and unsafe. You might go by bus and it is about 10 hour drive. Hiring a car would be expensive.Get the deluxe compartment on the train just for yourself. It would be inexpensive and safe.
