We send regularly through Meest and none have ever been opened. If they are ever opened at customs though, the Meest pickup driver gets the customs people to stamp the parcel "Opened by customs" and also sign a slip along with a statement of what is in the package when he picked it up.
But as I said, it's never been necessary because they've never opened our parcels. Also, they deliver right to the addressee and track down the addressee if necessary. An excellent service for the relatively small cost compared to UPS and FedEx etc. who do not give the same level of service in Ukraine.
