Hello!
There are three hotels in Simfropol. The best is "Tavria" - has reasonable price and good condition, 20 minutes by bus from downtown.
"Moscow" - almost the same distance, possible to find a nice room but more expencive.
"Ukraine" - exactly in center of the city, best location but the hotel is old and so a room could be or expencive or not good.
There is one private hotel "Nadezhda", pretty clean and cheap but it is 25 min from the center.
