There are flights from US to Kiev only. In Kiev you may catch a train to Uzhgorod, what is regional centre for Mukachevo and Vinogradovo.
Or catch flight from Kiev to Lvov and rent a taxi here (I live in Lvov).
There is option to fly to Frankfurt am Mein (Germany) and catch direct flight to Lvov from there. Maybe it will be less expensive.
Don't think about hotels in Vinogradovo. It is much convinient to stay in Mukachevo. It is not long distance between cities but hotels in Mukachevo are very good. Taxi service is good organized in both cities.
There is very nice region.
