Lidiya and I have many friends who regularly travel into and out of Ukraine. They have USA green cards and no stamps in their passports. Not one has ever had any problem exiting Ukraine. Unless you have first hand experience, you should not aid in continuing misinformation which has appeared on this board. If what you say is correct, why could not Lidiya get a "stamp" when she attempted to apply for one when we were there. If anyone does have a problem exiting Ukraine because of a lack of a "stamp", they can simply go to Poland and return to the USA from there. The "stamp" that people refer to costs $400 if obtained in the USA. It is a waste of money and totally unnessary.
Stop scaring people!!
