Hello Greg,
I just come back fom Odessa and had been to Tiraspol and Bindery and chisinau,I went by bus,very cheap and fast.I think chisinau would be about 180 km cause Tiraspol is 100km from Odessa.From Odessa it takes about 3 hours by bus to Bindery and 1 hour of that is at customs,have your documentation in order.What a beautiful country ,I was very impressed.Any help you want just mail me and I'll help best I can.
