Have been to Chernivtsi 3 times now. There are very good, clean stores tobuy western quality packages cereals & cookies,juices, and milk even. One is located just down the hill from the main city square by city hall, and another is several miles south(in the city) just a block off of Red Army Way, where it turns off just south of the hospital and a huge Church that looks like(but is not)a mosque. Very nice city. I've spent a total of 1 1/2 months there so far.
