I'll repeat a little of what I said before. But even if you had met her in Ukraine, the only chance is a business visa ( but they will check it). If she is your fiancee, its still a nightmare for a fiancee visa. I had to produce all our letters, photographs, my bank statements, employers references. Even then it took months and months. I got my MP involved, he got the Home Office Minister involved, and even then it dragged on.
That was for a fiancee visa.
I knew of a company that invites FSU citizens here to attend seminars, they can usually get business visas but they were constantly in touch with the authorities.
The fact is that you MUST meet her first. If you dont want to go to Ukraine ( why not, its great ) you can go to Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria without a visa.
I repeat, don;t try anything dodgy, she will get found out.
