I never had any problems in Prague, but I am sure that as in any big city, that if you are not vigilant/wily, your a soft target for the locals. One other thing, maybe you already know, but try to find out which train station she arrives at. The main station is Hlava Nadrazi (Head Station) which is probably where she will arrive, It is quite large and disorientating (like all train stations it has its fair share of shady customers), but there are other mainline stations and that maybe her Train arrives here. Although I know this station (Hlava Nadrazi) takes in all the main routes from the South (Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, etc) I would be 90% certain that it is here.
