by the way, " if I am not mistaken" is a figure of speach which anyone with 10% of their brain functioning would understand mean if the information that I provided is proven to be wrong now different then I will learn from it. I arrived in simferopol from frankfurt last year and an american was told he could not get avisa , there of course was a payoff and all way well, ofeten customs people have the travelling public at a disadvantage, because the rules are not always clear and we are under stress, most often things are fine.

Sorry to see that a simple phrase puts you off so much.
