Don't think ALL Ukrainian women are scammers - I met my wife through an agency and we will be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary soon. I hope you know what you are getting into assuming the lady is sincere - email me if you need some advice and information. If you do think she is sincere, perhaps the solution is to tell her to find someone she can trust (a friend, etc., or an independent translator - offer to pay for it later) to get on the phone with her and tell you her address / phone number so you can continue the correspondence by yourself. Once I got my wife's address, we spoke and wrote each other without going through an agency. If she is sincere, and the agency is screwing you, do an end-run around the bastards. If she is not sincere, then I would suggest finding another agency that will give you the contact information up front so you won't be forced to use their other services.
