thank you very much, but is Dnepropetrovsk not nearer from lugansk then Kiev ? That was better for me, bacause to Dnepropetrovsk exist also flight from Frankfurt/Main.

: There is an airport in Lugansk and scheduled flights to/from Julyany airport in Kyiv, however they are not reliable, and taxi/bus service at the Lugansk airport has become practically non-existant. It is better/cheaper to take the train, about 16 hours from Kyiv, and there is much more ground transportation available at the train station.
