We just learned we will be living in Kirovograd from August 'til June (Fulbright). We're interested in any experiences with apartments near the university, AND in travel FROM Kirovograd TO Lviv, Lutsk, Kharkov, and ALSO to Warsaw, Berlin, Budapest, Italy, Moldova, Belarus and Georgia.
Anybody with any experience on the ground in Kirovograd? Any advice about any topic will be appreciated.
