And as Ayn Rand said (When dealing in Politics) THAT's when things move ahead. Corruption is evil, we all understand that. However, to some degree, when ones realize that a certain amount of selfishness helps DESTROY the real causes and cause-ers of corruption - that's when progress is made.

Exactly the type of self responsibility some don't wish to have. I'm confident however the Ukrainian people can do it.
