: As Koray said, the visa can be obtained upon arrival in Turkey. In Istanbul it is the first stop before passport control. Everyone lines up, states where they are from, hands over the cash which gets deposited into a big pile, puts their hand out, and the agent puts the visa on the back of your hand, for you to then put into your passport. A real assembly line operation.
