Obviously, with respect to short term weather forecasts past is not necessarily prologue. However, I can tell you that I have been to Ukraine numerous times in the fall over the last 10 years and have found late September and early October to have some stunning weather. That means that theather is dry--no rain and no humidity-- with almost cloudless skies and temps in the 58-72 (F) daily high range. Ukrainians have a term for this--"Zolota Osin"--Golden Autumn--and it sure feels that way. This is by no means a guarantee that you will get to experience this. Be prepared for cold rain as well! Enjoy your trip.
