You need to be in Kiev Dec.23 for a briefing. You just can't show up and say you are an observer, you must have an I.D.
I understand Donetsk is one of the area's that was upset about the re-re-election.
I cannot guarantee your safety, but I will tell you freedom, democracy are worth the risk. You risk your ass everyday when you get out of bed, and especially when you get behind the wheel, but it's a risk we have adjusted to.
I guess you could get yourself a taser to make yourself more comfortable. I think they are legal there.
