I am a teacher and I will tell you that the best way to learn language is in groups. private teacher won't help you much, at least less than a group studying. we do have some courses in Ukraine. btw i bought a wonderful cd for my fiance. there's no name..but we don't have many of them, you could easily get one on any book market here. If to talk abotu courses then Kiev of ocurse has more schools. I am from Kharkiv..but i have never heard of any courses of Russian here. My friend had a private teacher of Russian - didn't help him much (he's american), the same with one English guy. I guess cd, mayeb some group study and practice will do well
