I'm going to be in Ukraine from 18 December until 02 January, I'll definately be spending some of this time in Dnepropetrovsk but I'm considering spending some of this time in Nikolaev also.
I have some prices etc. already but I'm interested in apartments in both cities and a taxi inbetween the two. I'm not looking for 'budget' apartments, I like quality accommodation but not at unrealistic prices, with regards to taxi(s), it doesn't matter if it is from Dnepr or Nik, 50% of journeys will be without me but I'm hoping for a driver that speaks a degree of English and I don't want such a journey in a Lada, atleast a Daewoo please!
