hi I bought property here two years ago, the consensus is that prices are pretty much near the top right now. I don't recommend buying here for investment, rather look at Romania and Bulgaria who are slated to join the EU in 2007. However, buying here to LIVE is a great idea, for example there's no property tax or home owner's insurance and ALL of my utilities togeather run about 40 USD per month. You can hire a live-in maid for about 100 USD/month and groceries are about 1/4 the price of USA prices. I live about 300 meters from a nice little beach on the black sea that I walk to almost every morning, so I love this location. Life here is QUITE different from the USA and takes getting used to, but I find it enjoyable and I'm really looking forward to the summer, just wish i knew about this place when I was young and single :) :) !!!
