The US and UK will not abolish the visa requirement for a long time, till UA citizens stop overstaying their visas and disappearing into the US and UK.
On the other hand, how many illegeal immigrants from the US and the UK do you find in the UA? And how many are dragging down the welfare system in the UA?
The issue of visas is a "tit-for-tat" measure kept up by Kutchma and his henchmen. Once the government changes maybe things will slowly "normalize."
