I have experienced this difference in the rates of Ukrainian hotels myself already... unfortunately, I was too disoriented with jet lag and the language barrier to ask why this occurs at the time? I am curious if this difference in hotel rates (from Ukrainian citizens vs foreigners), is this a national law... or based just on the belief of the hotel keepers that the foreigners are willing/able to pay more for a hotel room?
