I can find you a house or land for construction in Carpathians region.
Prices vary from 5000$ to unlimited. Depending on location(mainly),state and quality of the house and amount of land.
i have information in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
As example the most expensive land near Bukovel ski resort cost 2000-4000$ per 1 ar(10x10m).
Ohter regions are cheaper. In some remote villages price may be around 100 $ per 1 ar(10x10m).
