You just need to sign up to eFax free not the Plus, you get afax # number to use which may have an area code different from yours but that doesn't really matter. You give your full email address to customers and friends and tell them to be sure to dial number and area code to send you fax. Fax will arrive on email address you use tosign up. You download fro free from eFax, eFax Messenger, which will decode your fax on computer which you can save or print withyour printer. To send fax you use your computer to send faxes with a fax modem which can be purchased on Ebay for a few dollars. Easy like Borscht.
