Yes, and what a good life. To be able to spend such good, quality time in such a wonderful country as Ukraine.
Like most Westerners, I visited Russia first, thinking this was a good country. Even in Russia I heard many good things about Ukraine (funny it was called "The Ukraine" at the time by so many Westerners). Once I visited Ukraine, met it's wonderful people, saw the beautiful country, I knew this was a country to invest in, to take pride in.
I actully hope to retire in Ukraine someday as I look for a fine retirement flat overlooking the Black Sea.
Yes it is a wonderful country, Ukraine. Ofcourse the main problem with Ukraine today is it's corruption, from it's police department to it's elected officials. It will take time to rid such corruption in Ukraine, just as it did in America. Today's Ukraine is very much like America in 1930. Much corruption, a new crime wave called the mafia just starting to take control, little work, low wages. It will take at least two generations for the corruption to end and it will only end when, eletion after election, it's people begin to elect honest politicians. Just as pappa is maffia, the son will be also.
Without doubt, I, Dan, Joe and a few others are cathing a lot of BS from the corrupt segment of this board. It seems that a few individuals were saying many things about there services and prices and complamenting one another, doing many things, in hopes of getting the service of visitors, mostly American men. In reality the prices that these few (like Handy Andy, Roman, Slavic and Oksana) were really high and there service's were not so good, but you wouldn't know this if you listened to what they said and wrote.
When I try to tell of other good, reliable, affordable options, it seems the crooked cartel on this board is upset because what they had control over these issues for some time and now there is a threat to there past practices.
As my business increases I will ofcourse watch this board more and more often. Many times on this board I read information and see of services that might benefit me, even though I am happy with the services I receive from an American owned company (which I might add uses the services of some wonderful Ukraine individuals).
I am thankful that the majority of Ukraine people are good, decent people.
