Have problems conversing with the locals in Ukraine...???

No problems...drink enough Vodka and everyone starts speaking fluent Russian.

Father-in-law to be calls champagne..."Women's drink". I happen to agree with him...how ever don't drink the local junk...prefering to stay with the original...Moet, Dom etc...but only when future father-in-law is not looking!!!

Alcohol in the most abused drug in the world my son...does not matter if it is in beer, wine or spirits it is EXACTLY the same material. Alcohol is Alcohol...and I agree with you there is plenty of abuse of alcohol in Ukraine...and that makes me sad wherever I see that.
