Having had past experience of letters and packages vanishing in the Polish postal system, I was wondering if there's a fighting chance of packages arriving at my g/f's place in Dnepropetrovsk?
It'll mainly be books being sent; should I be making a customs declaration or just writing the contents on the side? How about nominal value (don't want her to pay tax OR think the contents are worthless!!)?
